About the Event
During this three hour bird photography boat trip you will travel past the marshes and the estuary as we make our way far up the river to experience the abundant birdlife on the Berg River, while nature photographer, Ron Moller, shares hands-on tips, techniques and advice about the birds for you to get the best possible opportunity for great photographs.
Skipper, Nico, is a Velddrif resident and knows the Berg River like the palm of his hand. His control of the very stable river boat, Cracklin Rosie, brings you closer to photo opportunities you would never have from the shores of the river.
This time of the year is may be the last opportunity to witness the migrants before they leave for the North again.
Bird photographers of all levels of experience, will love the experience and it is all about exploring, learning and sharing.
